THERE ARE TWO SEPARATE STEPS TO REGISTERING: 1. Registering for the Seminar And 2. Registering for Hotel Room and Meals
TO REGISTER FOR THE SEMINAR: There are three ways to register for the Seminar 1. Register on-line: On the Mid. Northeast Multi-District website select “To Register on Line in stead of faxing or mailing a form (click here)”; prepare the form on your screen and submit it. 2. Use the “writable” pdf form: On the Mid. Northeast Multi-District website select “PETS Registration”; which is a “writable” pdf form; fill in the form on your screen then print it and forward it according to the instructions on the form. 3. Prepare and submit a hard copy registration form which can be secured from your DGE and follow the instructions on the form. The final deadline for seminar registration is March 28, 2008

TO REGISTER FOR YOUR HOTEL ROOM AND/OR MEALS: Hotel reservations must be made directly with the hotel Hotel reservation forms can be secured and printed from the website as described above and select “Hotel Reg.”– or secured directly from your DGE. Note: Even if you are not staying overnight at the hotel, you must still register form your meals. Each meal will include a plenary session with a feature speaker or special presentation. The deadline for hotel room reservations is March 18. Reservations made after that date will be on an availability basis and the conference rate may not apply.
