Text Box: A Rotarian since 1977, Hogie is a member of the Rotary Club of Ardmore, PA and served as its President in 1990-91.  He was Governor of District 7450 (Philadelphia area) in 1993-94 and has served as district trainer and as chair of the district’s Rotary Foundation, Nominating, Extension and PEFC Committees. He represented District 7450 at the 1998 Council on Legislation.  He has served as a National Advisor, consultant to the Fund Development Committee of the Trustees, Mid-Atlantic campaign associate for the Polio Eradication Private Sector Campaign and as a Zone 32 Leader of the PEFC and PolioPlus Partners.  He and his wife, Anne, a member of the Swarthmore Club, led polio immunization teams to District 9220 in Madagascar in 1999 and to District 3010 in India in 2001.
 
Hogie has served on several Zones 31 and 32 Institute planning committees and R. I. task forces. He has represented four R.I. Presidents at district conferences. He is a recipient of the Citation for Meritorious Service and the Distinguished Service Award of The Rotary Foundation and the R.I. Service Above Self Award. After Hogie retired from 32 years in fundraising for colleges in Indiana and Pennsylvania, he was appointed Manager of the Fund Development Division of The Rotary Foundation, from which he retired in June 2006. He is Zone 32 Regional Rotary Foundation Coordinator for 2006-09. He and Anne are Paul Harris Fellows, Benefactors, and Major Donors to The Rotary Foundation.

Mid-Northeast Multi District P.E.T.S. is a multi-District Training and Motivational Event for President Elects of Districts 7210, 7230, 7370, 7410, 7470 & 7490.  The Assistant Governors are an integral part of any district.  It is hoped that The AG session on Friday will expose them to both Zone and RI leaders as well as to have these individuals instill their knowledge to the AG's during their 4 panel discussions.  Then the AG's should help The District Governor Elect in their sessions

Text Box: Joe has been an active Rotarian with perfect attendance since 1988 when he first joined the Paterson New Jersey Rotary Club. At the District level he has served as Centennial District Governor, 2004-2005. He is the District Historian and District Trainer. At the Zone Level Joe is the Chairman of the Mid-Northeast Multi-District PETS serving New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York and Bermuda. He is also the Regional Rotary International Membership Coordinator (RRIMC) for Zone 32, 2006-2008. 
 
Joe was born in Newark New Jersey on December 11, 1946. He graduated from Bloomfield College, Bloomfield New Jersey with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration. He then served 4 years in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam War. He owns and operates Dino Publishing. A firm specializing in commercial printing and design of magazines, brochures, and office forms. He has studied the Martial Arts since 1964, and currently holds a 5th degree Black Belt in Isshinyru (Okinawan) Karate. He presently teaches self-defense to mothers and daughters at local High Schools and conducts classes at shelters for battered and homeless women. Joe is an avid chess player and enjoys poker, pool, singing, dancing, and playing the alto saxophone. Other interests include science fiction and the study of science fact; notably the Big Bang and the theory of the creation of the universe. Joe has given programs to many Rotary Clubs on this topic as well as programs on self-defense. He and his wife Marion live in Haledon New Jersey and have an adult son Joseph Dino III.

Text Box: Bob Coultas was born (6 October 1935) and raised in Madison, New Jersey USA.  Bob is a graduate of Union College, Cranford, NJ and RCA Institutes, New York, NY.  He and his wife, Cathie, married for 48 years, have two children, David, who is married and partner in a Film business in London, England, and Linda, who is a Physical Therapist and working as a manager to three Hospitals in Boston. They have two grandchildren.

Text Box: Daniel T. Spencer, Jr. was born and raised in Gloucester City, New Jersey. He attended St. Mary’s Grammar School and graduated from Gloucester Catholic High School in 1978. He attended Camden County College and Glassboro State College studying Political Science. 
 
Dan began his career in government after being elected to City Council in 1983, serving as a Councilman for a three year term. He also served two years as the City Democrat Chairman. He worked as the Executive Director of the City MUA for two years, and began working for the Camden County government in 1989. Currently, Dan serves as the Administrator of the Camden County Department of Health and human Services, where he oversees programs involving some 280 employees and 45 million dollars in Federal, State, and County funds.
 
Dan began his Rotary service in 1987 being sponsored by Rotarian Frank Carr to the Gloucester City Rotary Club. He served as Club President in 1994-95 and served as District Governor of District 7640 in Southern New Jersey in 1998-99 under RI President Jim Lacy; “Follow Your Rotary Dream. Since then Dan has served as District Trainer for four years, and currently is the District Foundation Chair finishing his third year. Dan was elected to serve a three year term as Chairman of the Rotary Leadership Institute expiring in 2008. Dan is a Rotary International Membership Zone Coordinator in Zone 32. He is also served as the General Chair of the Zones 31-32 Zone Institute in Boston 2005.  Dan served as a Delegate to the 2004 Council on Legislation in Chicago, and was recently re-elected by his District to serve in 2007. Dan was also appointed Zone 32 Coordinator for the Family of Rotary Resource Group by RI President Bill Boyd.
 
Dan also was the founding Co-Chair of the Mid Atlantic PETS, serving a three year term as Executive Trainer.
 
Dan was recently appointed by RIPE WIlf Wilkinson as a Rotary International Training Leader for the 2007 International Assembly in San Diego, CA.
 
Dan also served a six year term as Trustee on the Board of the Ronald McDonald House of Southern New Jersey, and is a Trustee with the Gloucester Catholic High School Board. Dan is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Camden County American Red Cross Board. He has one son, Daniel III, who is eleven years old and is a Paul Harris Fellow. Dan & Valerie are also Multiple Paul Harris Fellows. Dan and Val also served as President’s Representative for President Glenn Estess to District 7280 in Pennsylvania
